Luddenham's 1/4 scale speedway is home to the Best Australian 1/4 scale Sprintcar's, 60's style open cockpit Vintage Speedcars ,Super Sedans and Buggies, and is one of the many Sections at Sydney's Famous S.S.M.E,Sydney Society Of Model Engineers "Model Park" located on Luddenham road at Luddenham,in Sydney's Greater west, N.S.W Australia.

"Pictured Left" is the most realistic 1/4 Scale Sprintcars on the Planet, and there right here at LQSS, "come and see for yourself" "Pictured Right" the Vintage Speedcars are always out in huge numbers, and the crashes are just as big!!

"Pictured Left" you can see the Buggy Guys really get the cars Flying at the Speedway. "Pictured Right" you can see we even water our track like the real guys, and wheel pack the track as well.

It would be with out a doubt fair to say there is no more a deservent winner of the 2007 LQSS track Championship than Laurie Brien, a real character when it comes to good o'l fashioned fun, enjoyment and good fast fair racing.
While Laurie will always be one amongst many to keep you honest on the track, he will always be fair at the same time, and you can always count on Laurie for a borrow of parts or help with setup or repairs when your day has been turned upside down.

Laurie seems to be blessed with success, and is often feature in the top 3 placings, and when he isn't, he is usally not far behind. It seems this has become Laurie's secret weapon in the war to win the "ULTIMATE", The LQSS Track Championship, by being consistantly finishing, and finishing well, and keeping the D.N.F's to a minimum. When you ask Laurie how he does it, he will always reply, "JUST STAYING OUT OF TROUBLE , IS ALL I DO, IT WORKS FOR ME"
